Chef Hollie working with teen chefs

Teens Love Cooking

Chef Hollie enjoys working with teens to help them build life skills in the kitchen that can also serve as training for jobs in the food industry.

Farmer's Markets

Hollie encourages youth she works with and all families to support local farmers.

In San Francisco, Hollie loves volunteering with CUESA at the Ferry Plaza Farmer’s Market.

Check out CUESA’s site weekly for healthy recipes and a list of in-season produce available at the market.

Chefs Move to Schools

Chef Hollie worked for two years as a volunteer and a resident chef in three New York City schools to help improve school food lunches as a part of Chefs Move to Schools through the Wellness in the Schools organization.

Making A Difference

Chef Hollie has worked as a chef instructor, school food advocate, and education director to help improve our youth’s relationship with food.

Since moving to San Francisco, she loves working with two local organizations: Hidden Villa and CUESA.  She encourages you to give your time and donate to make a difference!
